ONLINE TRAINING: no refund once training has begun.<\/p>

SYNCHRONOUS WEBINAR TRAINING Mire Formation Conseil inc. reserves the right to cancel a training session in the event of insufficient registrations. The full registration fee will be refunded. If the activity is postponed to a later date, registrants will be contacted to determine whether or not they wish to maintain their registration. Mire Formation assumes no responsibility in the event of a change in activity date, content, location or trainer.<\/p>

You can cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to : info@mireformations.com<\/a><\/p>

A full refund is given for cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the course start date. A refund of 50% of the registration fee paid will be granted when cancellation is made 5 working days or more before the course start date. No refunds will be made after this deadline.<\/p>

BOOK AND PUBLICATION You may request a refund for the purchase of the print book you have purchased. To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST NOT have been delivered. Once pick-up for delivery has taken place, no refund is possible.<\/p>

For all our specialized training courses, a certificate of attestation with U.E.C. is available on completion of your training. It will remain on file for 7 years.<\/p>
