How does a training course run from start to finish?

All training courses are planned and organized to encourage learning. Several videos (averaging 10 to 15 minutes in length), and quizzes will help participants integrate what they have learned.

The online training site is easy to use. You can clearly see your progress, which modules have already been completed and which have not.

As soon as you've completed the modules and quizzes, you'll have immediate access to your certificate.

If you wish to review all or part of your training, you have access to it for 3 months.

Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3!

1- Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner of the screen,

2- Enter your login and password,

3- Click on Your training.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Your registration is refundable if the course has not been started. You have a maximum of 14 days to request a refund.

An exchange is possible if your online training has not been started. Contact us to discuss.

My quizzes are not displayed. What should I do?

You are logged in to your account and have started your training, but the quizzes are not displayed.

  1. This problem is probably due to the fact that your web browser is out of date. If you're using Safari, Firefox or Explorer: update your browser OR download GOOGLE CHROME free of charge.
  2. You've watched a chapter video and the quiz that follows isn't displayed, or the system doesn't record the actions you've taken: the problem may be that you haven't accepted the *.cookies.

Consent to the storage of cookies is a legal requirement in Canada. It is part of the privacy protection regulations. When the pop-up appears, if you have not accepted  the system can no longer function, it can no longer record the training steps you have completed.

My account is blocked. What do I have to do?

You try to log in and the message ACCOUNT BLOCKED appears. You can no longer access the Mire Formation website on any of your devices.

Your IP address has been blocked on our website for security reasons, so you've probably entered the wrong password a few times.

Send us an e-mail with your IP address. This is a series of numbers that you can find by clicking on https://www.whatismyip.com/fr/ and we will be able to unblock your account.
