Registration and payment
Mire Formation Conseil inc. reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. The full registration fee will be refunded. If the activity is postponed to a later date, registrants will be contacted to determine whether or not they wish to maintain their registration. Mire Formation assumes no responsibility in the event of a change in activity date, content, location or trainer.
Registration fees must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course. Applicable taxes will be added.
As our groups are limited, we encourage you to reserve your place as soon as possible.
You can cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to : info@mireformations.com
A full refund is given for cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the course start date. A refund of 50% of the registration fee paid will be granted when cancellation is made 5 working days or more before the course start date. No refunds will be made after this deadline.
Online training: no refund once training has begun.
Book in digital format: no refund.
Book in printed format. Refunds and returns.
You may request a refund for the print book you purchased within ten (10) days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
In order to obtain a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and send the product to Mire Formation Conseil, inc. 797 des Canardeaux, Lévis, Qc, G7A 4X2, at your expense, by post.
Upon receipt of the goods, Mire Formation will contact you to process the refund to your credit card. A fee of 10 % will be charged to cover the cost of preparing and shipping your order.
In the event that, based on the condition of the product, the refund is refused, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Certification with U.E.C.
For all our specialized training courses, a certificate of attestation with U.E.C. is available on completion of your training. It will remain on file for at least 7 years.
PDSB training is recognized by ASSTSAS. For CPR and First Aid training, a card is issued by the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
