ONLINE TRAINING: no refund once training has begun.

SYNCHRONOUS WEBINAR TRAINING Mire Formation Conseil inc. reserves the right to cancel a training session in the event of insufficient registrations. The full registration fee will be refunded. If the activity is postponed to a later date, registrants will be contacted to determine whether or not they wish to maintain their registration. Mire Formation assumes no responsibility in the event of a change in activity date, content, location or trainer.

A full refund is given for cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the course start date. A refund of 50% of the registration fee paid will be granted when cancellation is made 5 working days or more before the course start date. No refunds will be made after this deadline.

BOOK AND PUBLICATION You may request a refund for the purchase of the print book you have purchased. To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST NOT have been delivered. Once pick-up for delivery has taken place, no refund is possible.

Visit  reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment.

For all our specialized training courses, a certificate of attestation with U.E.C. is available on completion of your training. It will remain on file for 7 years.

CPR and first aid training are taught by certified instructors. A card is issued by the Heart and Stroke Foundation. .
