DESCRIPTION
This new training program offers a concrete approach grounded in clinical reality, drawing on Varied case studies from different care settings.
Through representative situations — a medical unit, the front line, home care, a CHSLD (long-term care facility), end-of-life care, and school settings — you will be led to exceed routine notes to fully develop documentation that reflects the Clinical judgment and professional responsibility.
Examples of cases handled:
The situations will be analyzed from Handwritten notes and computerized notes, to facilitate transfer in different practice contexts, including digital environments (DSN).
In a context where the Activities reserved for the nurse requiring a rigorous health status assessment (contribution to the assessment by the licensed practical nurse, the documentation must be a faithful reflection of it.
