Kindness and above all good treatment are at the very heart of the nursing mission on a daily basis. This training highlights the thin line between ¨la bien et mal traitance¨. Even a kind gesture can sometimes become mistreatment if it is incorrectly assessed and does not correspond not to the real needs of the person being treated. These include last-resort measures such as restraint, must be supported by evidence-based patient assessment, and in respect for human rights in accordance with the law. How can we establish a culture of good treatment throughout the care team and avoid the pitfalls of abuse?
This 4-hour webinar is a veritable treasure chest of tools to help you intervene on a daily basis with kindness and benevolence.
TARGET GROUPS: Nurses, nursing assistants, teachers, orderlies, all caregivers, supervisory staff, PABs and volunteers.

Thank you for your comment. The process of obtaining a certificate for accredited training must be rigorous. Successful completion of activities to validate learning is necessary, participation alone is not sufficient.
When a quiz is not passed, I've programmed the system so that the participant can retake the quiz (from 3 to 5 times, depending on the subject).
Thank you for your understanding.
