Have you finished a chapter or module of your e-learning course, but are having trouble moving on to the next module? Here are two possible situations:

1. A quiz has not been validated or a video has not been viewed in its entirety. To move on, check that all sections of previous modules are marked in green. You may have to retake an unsuccessful quiz.

2. The "Documents to download" module, which comes first in your training, has not been marked as completed. To solve this problem, click on the "Documents to download" module, then scroll down the page and click on "Mark as completed" at the bottom.
