A very interesting presentation, rich in information and helping skills. It can be used both professionally and personally. I loved it, even though it's very long. What I think could be improved is the chronology of the slides in our notebook, which should follow the trainer's presentation. Sometimes some slides were missing, and I had to take note of them.
