ONLINE TRAINING: No refunds when the training has begun.

WEBINAR TRAINING SYNCHRONE Mire Formation Conseil inc. reserves the right to cancel a training event if there are insufficient registrations. The full registration fee will then be refunded to you. If the activity is postponed to a later date, those who registered will be contacted to see if they wish to continue their registration. Mire Formation assumes no responsibility in the event of a change in the date, content, location, or instructor of the activity.

A full refund is granted when the cancellation is made 2 weeks or more before the start of the training. A refund representing 50% of the registration fees paid is granted when the cancellation is made 5 working days or more before the start date of the training. No refund will be made after this deadline.

BOOK AND PUBLICATION You may request a refund for the purchase of the printed book that you have purchased. To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST NOT have been delivered. Once the pickup for delivery is completed, no refund is possible.

For all our specialized training courses, a certificate of attestation with U.E.C. is available upon completion of your training. It will be available in our files for a period of 7 years.

The RCR and emergency care training is taught by certified instructors. A card is issued by the Coeur et AVC Foundation.
