1- Rendez-vous sur le site https://mireformations.com/

2- Cliquez sur ME CONNECTER (en haut à droite) / MON COMPTE / CONNEXION
Entrer

Identifiant : L’adresse courriel que vous avez utilisée pour votre inscription
Mot de passe : Votre mot de passe si vous en aviez déjà choisi un ou Cliquer sur mot de passe perdu. (Vous devez ensuite entrer votre courriel. Un courriel vous est envoyé pour réinitialiser votre mot de passe. Vous ne le recevez pas ? Vérifiez dans vos courriels indésirables.)
Puis Le bouton vert SE CONNECTER

3- Vous êtes maintenant dans votre compte. En bas de page, cliquez sur le titre de la formation, vous êtes maintenant prêt à débuter.

Votre certificat est émis dès que toutes les sections sont complétées.

Vous avez terminé un chapitre ou un module de votre formation en ligne, mais vous rencontrez des difficultés pour passer au module suivant ? Voici deux situations possibles:

1. Un quiz n’a pas été validé ou une vidéo n’a pas été visionnée en entier. Pour avancer, vérifiez que toutes les sections des modules précédents sont bien marquées en vert. Il se peut que vous deviez reprendre un quiz non réussi.

2. Le module « Documents à Télécharger », qui se trouve en premier dans votre formation, n’a pas été marqué comme complété. Pour résoudre ce problème, cliquez sur le module « Documents à Télécharger », puis faites défiler la page et cliquez sur « Marquer comme complété » en bas.

Vous êtes membre de l’OIIAQ et vous vous êtes inscrits sur le portail de l’OIIAQ.

Vous avez accédé à votre certificat, mais vos heures de formations ne sont pas entrées sur votre portail? DEUX RAISONS POSSIBLES :

1. Votre formation n’est pas tout à fait terminée et nous n’avons donc pas reçu la notification de formation complétée avec succès. Vérifiez bien, est-ce que votre formation en ligne est complétée à 100% ? Auriez-vous omis de marqué comme terminé le module Documents à télécharger ?
2. Un délai maximal de 7 à 10 jours est nécessaire pour que votre dossier OIIAQ soit mis à jour.

J’ai écouté la vidéo de ma formation en ligne mais le système n’enregistre pas, je n’ai pas accès à la suite. Plusieurs causes possibles :
1- Avez-vous accepté les COOKIES ? Si vous avez refusé, le système ne peut faire le suivi et donner accès à la suite de votre formation.
2- Des problèmes sont parfois rencontrés avec l’utilisation de certains navigateurs web. Je recommande d’utiliser Chrome Google et de mettre à jour l’appareil que vous utilisez.
3- Si vous ouvrez une autre fenêtre web pendant l’écoute d’une vidéo, le système détecte cette action et n’enregistre pas le visionnement.
4- Un réseau Internet trop faible peut aussi créer ce genre de problème.
