To start your training, it's as simple as 1-2-3!

1- Click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top right of the screen,

2- Enter your ID and password,

3- Click on Your/ Your training.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Your registration is refundable if the training has not started. You have a maximum of 14 days to request a refund.

An exchange is possible if your online training has not yet begun. Contact us to discuss it.

How do I access the training document?

When you log in and enter your training, you see at the top: DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD.

Then select the selected document by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button.

IMPORTANT: when you have downloaded your training document, click on "MARKED AS COMPLETE" at the bottom of the page
